Child ID Kit

Child ID kits can help aid authorities in identifying your child in case of emergency.

CPMG is offering FREE Child ID kits to members who will speak with us about their decision to join CPMG. These kits contain all the tools for complete identification (physical, DNA, dental, etc.) of your child. You will be given an ID kit for each of your children.
