2. Select a physician from the list (you can call Customer Service toll free if you need ANY help (877) 276-4543).*
   

3. Contact your health plan’s member services department and tell them whom you have chosen as your child’s pediatrician.

*Please remember that our customer service team is happy to call your health plan, with you, and walk you through selecting a CPMG pediatrician for your child.
